What Bellring confirmed on August 15
Steam news for app 3282300 (author Rui) states three player-facing facts:
- One cause of intermittent stutter, lag, and character teleporting was traced to cloud server CPU hyper-threading.
- Server configuration adjustments rolled out across all servers on August 13 and 14. Monitoring shows those stutters now happen less often.
- Performance work remains the highest priority. Remaining issues are still under investigation — send reproductions through official channels on Official Links.
That is an honest mid-month status, not a claim that hitching is gone. Pair it with Known Issues and PC Settings if your client still hitch-loads areas.
